Grain Process

The grain undergoes processing in traditional steamers, where it is exposed to pressure and steam.
This method preserves the natural properties of the grain and optimally prepares it for fermentation.
Fermentation
Fermentation is one of the most crucial stages in vodka production. In our process, we use carefully selected strains of yeast that ensure the best fermentation quality.
The natural fermentation process is closely monitored to provide ideal conditions for the yeast. The yeast converts the sugars present in the grain into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
This process lasts several days and occurs at a controlled temperature, resulting in a spirit of high purity and exceptional flavor.
Distillation
Distillation Once fermentation is complete, the resulting mash is sent to our modern distillery, where it undergoes distillation.
Our distillation equipment is among the most advanced in the world. The distillation process is slow, allowing for careful separation of alcohol from undesirable impurities and substances.
This results in a spirit with exceptional flavor properties, characterized by delicacy and purity.

Rectification
The final step is the combination of the purified spirit with water from our own natural source, which is crucial for obtaining the final product – pure vodka with incredible flavor properties.
Our water is characterized by exceptional purity and an excellent mineral composition, which further enhances the smooth quality of our vodka.
