The Beginning
of an Unexpected Journey
What began as a lighthearted and unlikely remark from my best friend Donna grew into an exciting project for me.
I still have the original “Nothing Bothers Me” note that Donna autographed during our dinner in the spring of 2019.
That very same signature now graces our logo. And for those who know Donna, the phrase is hilariously ironic – because it couldn’t be further from her nature. Yet somehow, it caught on and became a playful motto, often offered in response to one of us complaining about life’s little problems.
The brand concept was born accidentally during one of the many evenings when we sipped vodka and pretended to have life all figured out. Fueled by liquid courage – the kind that replaces common sense with bold ambition – the idea for Nothing Bothers Me vodka came to life.
That’s why, if you look at the back of our bottles, you’ll find the words “Your story is our story…” A small nod to nights powered by daring schemes and questionable decisions.
Long story short, once the notion took root, there was no stopping it.
Born and raised in Poland, I knew our vodka had to be crafted in its homeland (Don’t believe the stories crediting the creation of vodka to the Russians – it was first documented on Polish soil).
With the help of my brother, we found the perfect distillery, nestled in the serene countryside just an hour and a half away from Warsaw. There, we learned how to meticulously blend age-old techniques with modern technology – a symphony orchestrated by seasoned distillers, some with over 40 years of expertise.
Every ingredient, from locally sourced spelt grain to pristine water from nearby wells, is chosen with care and love, resulting in a vodka of exceptional smoothness and clarity of flavor.
It’s funny how sometimes things fall into place. What began as a silly phrase evolved into a playful motto, which turned into a bold idea that grew into a passion project. Along the way, a strong desire to showcase Polish heritage emerged as the final puzzle piece, completing the bigger picture. Vodka has long been woven into the fabric of Polish traditions and social gatherings, holding a special place in our hearts. Contributing, even in the smallest way, to this centuries-old legacy would be a privilege.
So, here’s to tradition, bold choices, and the beautiful outcomes they bring.

The Spelt
Spelt is an ancient grain valued for centuries for its purity, delicate flavour, and nutritional richness. Unlike more commonly used grains, spelt offers a natural complexity and softness that translates beautifully in the distillation process. Its resilience to pests means it requires fewer interventions during cultivation, allowing it to retain its integrity and clean character. When used in vodka production, spelt delivers an exceptionally smooth, velvety texture with a gentle, nuanced taste that doesn’t overpower the palate. This makes it ideal for sipping neat or over ice, allowing the purity and craftsmanship to shine through. Spelt is more than just an ingredient—it’s the foundation of a spirit that stands out for its refinement and authenticity.
